A US undercover agent who poses as a paedophile to catch women selling children for sex online revealed covid-19 has made the problem ‘exponentially worse’.

The Homeland Security Investigations agent, identified only by the pseudonym Mike, appeared in a 2017 Stacey Dooley documentary after meeting the presenter in the Philippines, where he works to arrest mothers sexually abusing children.

A 35-year-old man who was found in possession of six images of child pornography has been given a suspended prison sentence and has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register.

Shane Cunningham, formerly of Weir View Apartments, Stephen Street and now living in Galway, pleaded guilty to possession of six images of child pornography, an offence contrary to Section 6 of the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act.

A 45-year-old Le Roy man will spend 15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty Friday to a felony sex charge against a child.

Buddy Moore, Jr., pleaded guilty to a first-degree charge of course of sexual conduct against a child, a Class B felony.

Moore admitted that he, “engaged in two or more acts of sexual conduct, which included at least one act of oral sexual conduct or sexual intercourse with a child less than 13 years old,” according to the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office.

Charles City man, James Ray Foster III, has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor. 24-year-old Foster was arrested in September and is now facing a count of 2nd degree sex abuse and another county of lascious acts with a child.

These charges are for a sexual assault on a young girl that happened several years ago. From 2014 to 2016, the young girl was 6-8 years old when Foster allegedly sexually abused her.

Virginia man arrested for 25 counts of child pornography

Officials say that the police department received a complaint on Sept. 23 from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) that a computer user in Waynesboro was uploading and downloading child pornography.

The Waynesboro Police Department Investigations Division launched an immediate investigation, according to a press release from officials. A search warrant was executed in the 300 block of Commerce Avenue at the residence of 38-year-old Christopher Harold Baker.
